** Co enters into a binding commitment for a A$150 million ($97.07 million) asset-based lending facility
** Says lending facility part of broader liquidity management plan expected to help co withstand current period of sustained low met coal pricing
** About 32.8 million shares change hands, higher than 30-day average of ~15.8 million
** CRN stock down ~81% this year, including the session's moves
