** Earlier in the day, the coal producer hit its highest level since May 20

** Co enters into a binding commitment for a A$150 million ($97.07 million) asset-based lending facility

** Says lending facility part of broader liquidity management plan expected to help co withstand current period of sustained low met coal pricing

** About 32.8 million shares change hands, higher than 30-day average of ~15.8 million

** CRN stock down ~81% this year, including the session's moves

   ($1 = 1.5454 Australian dollars)
