Australia's Coronado Global Resources rises on upbeat demand forecast

** Shares of Coronado Global Resources  CRN.AX  rise as much
as 4.9% to A$1.710, set for their best day since Nov. 28 - if
current gains hold 
    ** Coal miner expects continued strong demand from China and
India to keep met coal prices supported in Q1 2024
    ** Posts quarterly group run of mine (ROM) coal production
of 6.1 metric tons (Mt), up 3.3%
    ** Adds quarterly group saleable production of 3.9 Mt, up
6.4%
    ** About 2.6 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 1.7 mln
    ** Stock fell 11.6% in 2023, after gaining for two
consecutive years
