Australia's Coronado Global Resources up as Czech group buys majority stake

** Shares of Coronado Global Resources Inc  CRN.AX  rise as
much as 3.8% to A$1.910, their highest level since March 6 
    ** On Monday Czech-based investment group, Sev.en Global
Investments said it will acquire a 51% stake in Coronado from
the Energy & Minerals Group
    ** Coronado notes the acquisition is subject to customary
closing conditions, including regulatory approvals in the U.S.
and Australia, among others 
    ** About 2.0 mln shares change hands compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 1.8 mln shares 
    ** Coronado down 7.5% YTD as of last close
