** Shares of Australia's Coronado Global Resources  CRN.AX  
rise as much as 4.4% to A$1.67, highest since May 2
    ** Metallurgical coal producer posts a 15.3% sequential jump
in its quarter ended June 30 ROM coal production to 7.2 million
metric tons (Mmt)
    ** Co says quarterly saleable coal production rose 22%
sequentially to 4.5 Mmt
    ** CRN sees pricing for metallurgical coal to remain above
the long-term average price of $192 per metric ton
    ** Stock has fallen 19.4% this year as of last close
