       Sept 25 (Reuters) -  The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:
    ** Zeus Company Inc, a family-owned manufacturer of
components used primarily in medical equipment and devices, is
exploring options including a sale that could value the company
at $4 billion or more, including debt, people familiar with the

    ** Sev.en Global Investments will acquire a 51% stake in
mining company Coronado Global Resources  CRN.AX  from the
Energy & Minerals Group (EMG), it said, as the Czech-based

    ** The family office linked to Nintendo's  7974.T  founder
plans to raise its buyout bid for Japan's Toyo Construction
 1890.T , a source told Reuters, after it successfully

    ** Enovis Corp  ENOV.N , which offers orthopedic bracing,
surgical implants and footcare solutions, said it had agreed to
acquire Italian surgical implant manufacturer LimaCorporate for

    ** EU antitrust regulators will decide by Oct. 20 whether to
clear luxury e-commerce company Farfetch's  FTCH.N  acquisition
of a stake in online fashion retailer YOOX Net-A-Porter (YNAP)
from Richemont  CFR.S , a European Commission filing showed.

    ** India's billionaire Burman family said it would buy
around 26% of Religare Enterprises  RELG.NS  for 21.16 billion
rupees ($255 million), as it seeks to bolster its presence in

    ** Booking Holdings'  BKNG.O  proposed 1.63 billion euro
($1.7 billion) purchase of Swedish peer ETraveli Group was
blocked by EU antitrust authorities after the company failed to

    ** Aviva  AV.L  said it had agreed to buy the UK life
insurance business of AIG  AIG.N  for 460 million pounds ($563
million), in the largest acquisition to date by the British

    ** United Arab Emirates-based conglomerate Alpha Dhabi
 ALPHADHABI.AD  said it plans to acquire a majority stake in the

    ** Greece's bank rescue fund HFSF said it has initiated the

Niel, has purchased Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky's stake
in daily Le Monde and committed to transferring this and its
