TOKYO, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Japan's Cosmo Oil has restarted
the 86,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) crude distillation unit (CDU)
at the Yokkaichi refinery in central Japan at the end of

The company, a unit of Cosmo Energy Holdings Co Ltd

It plans to shut the 75,000-bpd No.1 CDU at its Chiba
