Brief: Coson to issue 9th series convertible bonds worth 5 bln won

Feb 10 (Reuters) - Coson Co Ltd  069110.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will issue 9th series unregistered and unsecured 
private convertible bonds, to raise 5 billion won in proceeds 
for operaions 
    * Maturity date is Feb. 9, 2021, coupon rate is 0 percent 
and yield to maturity is 1 percent for the bonds 
    * Conversion price is 10,840 won/share and conversion ratio 
is 100 percent
