DIRECTOR/PDMR/PCA DEALING

 

The Company announces that Fiona MacAulay, Non-Executive Director, has
purchased 4,169 Ordinary Shares in the Company at £1.79 per share on 29 April
2026. Her resulting shareholding in the Company is 10,516 shares representing
0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

Further to the previous Director/PCA Dealing announcement on 22 April 2026,
Alex Vaughan, Chief Executive Officer, has decided to retain the balance of
his shares following the exercise of his awards under the Long Term Incentive
Plan (LTIP) and Share Deferral Plan (SDP), which vested on 8 April 2026 and 9
April 2026 respectively. Following the sale of sufficient shares to cover the
income tax and NI liability arising on exercise (and detailed in the previous
announcement), the remaining 415,015 shares were transferred to his spouse on
29 April 2026. Following the transaction, Alex's resulting shareholding in the
Company is 985,752 shares, representing 0.4% of the Company's issued share
capital. Together with his qualifying LTIP and SDP options, the total value of
Alex's beneficial shareholding is 764% of salary (Executive Directors
shareholding guideline is 200% of salary).
