Feb 2 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Monday:

** Welding gear maker ESAB Corp ESAB.N said it would acquire testing instrument manufacturer Eddyfi Technologies for $1.45 billion, aiming to broaden its product portfolio and gain exposure to booming markets such as aerospace and defense.

** Brookfield Asset Management BAM.N said it would buy Peakstone Realty Trust PKST.N for an enterprise value of about $1.2 billion, sending the industrial real estate investment trust's shares up 33% in premarket trading.

** CAB Payments Holdings CABP.L rejected a sweetened $292 million take-private bid from a consortium led by Helios Investment Partners, saying the all-cash offer fundamentally undervalued the British cross-border payments processor.

** Devon Energy  and Coterra Energy  decided to merge in a $58 billion all-stock deal, to become a large-cap producer with a top position in the Permian Basin as the shale sector consolidates to cut costs and boost scale.

** Private equity firm CVC Capital Partners  has agreed to sell Japanese personal care company FineToday to Bain Capital in a deal worth around 200 billion yen ($1.29 billion), a person with direct knowledge of the matter said.

** New Mountain Capital-backed specialty insurance provider Novacore has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Texas-based CP Insurance Associates (CPIA), the company announced .

** Eldorado Gold  will acquire Canada's Foran Mining  in a deal valuing the copper-focused developer at about C$3.8 billion ($2.79 billion), adding a second near-term growth project and increasing its exposure to copper.

** Australia-listed Qoria  said that U.S.-based Aura Consolidated Group would acquire the tech firm at an implied valuation of A$972 million ($675.64 million), and then relist the merged entity on the Australian stock exchange.
