Kimmeridge calls for Coterra overhaul, says 2021 merger a failure
Nov 4 (Reuters) - Activist investor Kimmeridge on Tuesday called on Coterra Energy's CTRA.N board to overhaul its leadership and strategy, arguing that the 2021 merger of Cabot Oil & Gas and Cimarex Energy has failed to deliver value and left the company trading at a discount to its peers.
