Country Garden Services expects over $100 mln decline in annual profit

Jan 13 (Reuters) - Country Garden Services  6098.HK  ,
the property services arm of Chinese property developer Country
Garden  2007.HK  on Monday forecast its annual profit to
decrease by 800 million yuan  ($109.11 million) to RMB1.10
billion yuan for fiscal 2024.

($1 = 7.3319 Chinese yuan renminbi)
