Country Garden Services jump after special dividend

** Shares in Country Garden Services Holdings  6098.HK  jump
as much as 8.6% to HK$13.68, a one-week high, in the afternoon
session 
    ** The property management unit of China's top property
developer Country Garden  2007.HK  announces a total dividend of
0.3721 yuan/share for 2022, including a special dividend. It
compares to 0.2995 yuan/share in 2021
    ** Country Garden Services reports a 52% drop in 2022 net
profit, weighed down by a property market slump 
    ** Peers A-Living Smart City Services  3319.HK  and Onewo
Inc  2602.HK , however, drop nearly 14% and 8%, respectively 
    ** A-Living said on Tuesday its 2022 net profit dropped 20% 
    ** Onewo, the property services firm of major developer
Vanke China  2202.HK , on Mon announces a 9.4% fall in net
profit 
    ** Hang Seng Mainland Properties Index  .HSMPI  rises 1.45%
