CPPGroup plc (AIM: CPP) currently has 1,301 ordinary shares blocklisted in
respect of its historic 2016 LTIP. As all outstanding options under the 2016
LTIP have now been exercised or have lapsed, no further shares will be
allotted pursuant to this block listing.
