Board Update

 

CPP Group (AIM: CPP) confirms that further to the Company's announcement of 2
October 2023, David Morrison has notified Hamish Ogston that he is no longer
his representative on the CPP Group Board.  David Morrison will continue as
Chairman of the Company.
