* Court held that Huawei was liable for misrepresentation
and was grossly negligent
* Refers to announcement with regard to legal proceedings
initiated by company and its subsidiary QMAX Communications Pte
Ltd
* Huawei's counterclaim for wrongful rescission and/or
termination was dismissed, costs of legal proceedings were
awarded to company and QMAX.
* Court ordered Huawei to pay company and QMAX approximate
sums of US$9.3 million and S$15.6 million with interest
