    Jan 22 (Reuters) - Creative Technology Ltd  CREA.SI : 
 * Creative subsidiary Ziilabs settles patent infringement lawsuit with Samsung 
 * Unit entered into an agreement with Samsung to settle its patent infringement lawsuit filed in the US against Samsung in March 2014 
 * Expects that license payment from Samsung will contribute US$0.14 of EPS to current quarter ending 31 March 2016 
 * Says as part of the agreement, samsung will take a license to Ziilabs' patents
