AIM Director Disclosure Update

 

Crimson Tide, the provider of the mpro5 process management app, provides the
following update pursuant to rule 17 and schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies:

 

Jon Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has notified the Company
that Onvi Tech Ltd, a company of which he is a director, was placed into
creditors voluntary liquidation on 23 April 2026.
