** Shares of Crisil CRSL.NS rise as much as 3% to a
one-week high of 3,235 rupees
** The analytics and ratings firm reports 6.5% fall in
consolidated net profit in Dec quarter; core profit rises 12%
** Co also declares a final dividend of 23 rupees per share
for 2022; total share dividend in 2022 is 48 rupees per share
** Co acquires Australian research and consulting firm Peter
Lee Associates for A$3.2 mln ($3.20 mln)
** Acquisition to complement existing portfolio of products
and expand offerings to new geographies and segments across
financial services: Crisil
** About 33,460 shares change hands as of 12:17 p.m. IST,
1.7 times the 30-day avg of 20,207 shares - Refinitiv data
