April 17 (Reuters) - ** Shares of India's CRISIL CRSL.NS jump as much as 6.22%, last up 4.62% at 4,317 rupees

** Ratings and analytics firm reported Q4 consol net profit of 2.33 billion rupees ($25.11 million), consol rev from operations at 10.58 bln rupees

** Co declared first interim dividend of 9 rupees/share

** Trading vols at 192,626 shares, vs 30-day avg of 66,340 shares

** YTD, stock up ~1%
