** CRISIL Ltd's CRSL.NS shares fall as much as 8.1 pct to
1,484.55 rupees, lowest since April 10
** Stock sees worst session since May 2018
** Over 46,000 shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average of around 32,200 shares
** On Wednesday, co posted https://bit.ly/2UJuw6n 6.8 pct
fall in March-quarter net profit after tax and said it approved
transfer of its ratings business to a unit
** Up to Tuesday's close, stock down 17.16 pct in the past
12 months
