Australia's Venture Minerals rises after winning court case in Tasmania

** Shares of Venture Minerals Ltd  VMS.AX  rise as much as
4.6% to A$0.023
    ** Mineral explorer says it has prevailed in the Tasmanian
supreme court proceedings 
    ** Says, court dismissed all three grounds of challenge
brought by Tarkine National Coalition for the 24-hour trucking
permit granted to co for the Riley Mine in north west Tasmania 
    ** Riley Mine is being maintained in excellent condition,
ready to recommence operations and this victory clears the way
for that to occur, when appropriate - VMS 
    ** Mine has been suspended from of operating since September
2021
    ** More than 1.5 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 1.3 mln shares
    ** Stock has fallen 4.4% this year, as of last close
