Critical Metals plc, a mining company established to acquire mining
opportunities in the critical and strategic metals sector, currently
developing the Molulu Copper/ Cobalt Project in the Democratic Republic of
Congo ("DRC"), is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held earlier today, the proposed resolutions were all duly passed.
