Change of name to Critical Mineral Resources PLC

The Company is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Caerus
Mineral Resources PLC to Critical Mineral Resources PLC. The Company confirms
that the name change has taken effect today.

The new name will be reflected by the London Stock Exchange and the Company's
London Stock Exchange market ticker will remain CMRS. Shareholders should note
that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name.
