Restoration of listing

Caerus Mineral Resources PLC (LON:CMRS), the exploration and resource
development company focused on minerals which support the global drive for
'Clean Energy', confirms that following the publication of its Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, the Company's listing will be
restored from 7:30 AM on 17 July 2023.
