Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at
30 April 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 135,391,499
Ordinary Shares of 1 pence, each of which carries the right to one vote. The
Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The figure of 135,391,499 should be used by shareholders in the Company to
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
