** Shares of Critical Resources Ltd  CRR.AX  jump up to
18.9% to A$0.063, reaching their highest levels since June 8  
    ** The base metal and lithium explorer announces discovery
of spodumene, ore from which lithium is mined, bearing rock
samples at its Mavis Lake lithium project in Ontario, Canada
