** Education platform's June quarter consol revenue fell 4% Y/Y to 2.01 bln rupees ($21.1 mln)
** Co posted June quarter consol net profit of 471.3 mln rupees from 458.1 mln rupees year ago
** Trading vols 3.7x the 30-day average at 1.2 mln shares so far
** YTD, CRIZ down nearly 32%
