Director/PDMR Shareholding

MiLOC Group Limited ("MiLOC" or the "Company"), announces the following transaction in the ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by an independent director of the Company.

On 9 February 2018, the Company received notification from Mr. Dennis Ow, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he had sold a total of 278,572 Ordinary Shares of the Company to two individuals for a total consideration of HKD800,000 (approximately 74,000).

Following the transaction, Mr. Dennis Ow holds 30,840 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital.
