Australia's CSL faces investor proceeding over disclosure obligations

Oct 22 (Reuters) - Australian biotech giant CSL CSL.AX said on Thursday it would defend itself against a group proceeding filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria on October 21 alleging breaches related to the firm's forecast financial performance measures.
The proceeding was brought on behalf of investors who acquired certain CSL securities between February 11, 2025, and May 11, 2026, the company said.
