** Shares of Cufe Ltd  CUF.AX  rise as much as 15.4% to
A$0.015, their highest level since May 28
    ** Copper and iron explorer says niobium and tantalum
identified in Columbite rock chip at its North Dam project,
Western Australia
    ** Niobium is used to make special stainless alloys, while
tantalum is used in capacitors
    ** About 27 mln shares change hands by 0123 GMT, 4.7 times
the 30-day average volume 
    ** Stock had fallen 7.1% this year, as of last close
