Currys plc (the ‘Company’) announces that Bruce Marsh, Group Chief Financial Officer, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a weighted average price of 146.2675p per share on 14 October 2026.
The shares were sold to fund property development. Following the transaction, Bruce Marsh holds 1,683,779 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 431% of his base salary based on the closing share price on 14 October 2026. This is significantly above the 250% of base salary that executive directors are required to hold under the Company’s Executive Shareholding Policy.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
