CVRx gains on positive heart failure therapy data in post-market trial

** Shares of CVRx Inc  CVRX.O  rise 7.8% to $10.6
    ** Medical device maker reports positive preliminary results
from post-market phase of trial of its chronic heart failure
therapy, Barostim
    ** CVRX says totality of evidence shows its chronic heart
failure therapy, Barostim, provides long-term benefits for
patients with heart failure
    ** Co adds that the therapy is a safe, effective and durable
treatment for heart failure patients with reduced ejection
fraction (HFrEF)
    ** Patients with HFrEF have increased pressure on the left
ventricular, the main pumping chamber of the heart, while the
ejection fraction is a measure of whether the left ventricle is
pumping normally
    ** The full trial results, including a number of additional
analyses and endpoints, will be submitted by the executive
steering committee for publication in one or more peer-reviewed
journals - co
    ** CVRx anticipates that regulatory submission to the FDA
for expanded labeling will be made in the coming months  
    ** Co's therapy earlier in late-February did not meet main
goal in post-market phase of trial 
    ** Including session's gain, CVRX stock down 42.7% YTD
