Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
CVS, the UK listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Linklaters LLP at 20 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 8HQ on 25 November 2026 at 11:00am.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 (the "Annual Report"), the Notice of AGM and proxy form were sent on 23 October 2026 to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information electronically have been notified that the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at: https://www.cvsukltd.co.uk/investor-centre, and the forms of proxy are available to shareholders on request by contacting company.secretary@cvsvets.com.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have also been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The AGM will be held as a physical meeting. The Company encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM. Full details of voting arrangements are contained in the Notice of AGM.
The result of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion and published on the Company’s website.
Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (“SDRT”) and UK Listing Relief
Information regarding the Company's eligibility for UK Listing Relief from SDRT, and guidance for shareholders who wish to seek repayment of SDRT from HMRC in respect of transactions from 29 January 2026 to 24 September 2026 is available in the Investor Centre section of the Company's website (https://www.cvsukltd.co.uk/investor-centre/stamp-duty-reserve-tax-and-uk-listing-relief/).
