    * Says it will fully acquire the 69.93 percentage owned 
subsidiary, which has been engaged in the leasing business in 
Fukuoka prefecture, Japan, through stock swap 
    * Says for the stock swap, one share of the subsidiary's 
stock will be exchanged for 1.08 shares of the company's stock 
    * Says effective date July 1
