** Co says U.S. regulators approve precision drug Datroway to treat an advanced form of non-small cell lung cancer in adults who had received prior treatment

** Co to pay its partner, Daiichi Sankyo 4568.T, a milestone payment of $45 million

** Including session moves, stock down 0.5% YTD
