    * Says it will issue 16th series unsecured corporate bonds 
worth 
15 billion yen, maturity date on Dec. 7, 2027 and coupon rate of 
0.33 percent per annum 
    * Says it will issue 17th series unsecured corporate bonds 
worth 7 
billion yen, maturity date on Dec.7, 2037 and coupon rate of
