and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Thursday:
    
    ** GlaxoSmithKline PLC  GSK.L  said on Thursday it has
signed agreements with the Canadian government to supply 20,000
more doses of its COVID-19 drug, as the country battles a surge
in infections driven by the Omicron variant.

    ** General Motors  GM.N  on Thursday said a trio of chips
from Qualcomm Inc  QCOM.O  will power the "Ultra Cruise"
driver-assistance feature on a luxury Cadillac sedan next year.

    ** Colombian industrial conglomerate Grupo Argos will not
take part in an offer from Grupo Gilinski to buy 31.68% of
shares of investment heavyweight Grupo SURA  SIS.CN , it said in
a statement on Thursday, saying the proposal undervalues the

    ** Sri Lanka on Thursday signed a deal with the local unit
of Indian Oil Corp  IOC.NS , Lanka IOC, to lease 75 oil tanks,
as the island moved closer to securing a $500 million fuel
credit line from India.

subscription-based sports site the Athletic in a deal valued at

    ** Optilan, a British integrated telecoms unit belonging to
Darkpulse  DPLS.PK , will look to list on the New York Stock

    ** Energy group RWE  RWEG.DE  and Canada's Northland Power
 NPI.TO  on Thursday unveiled plans for a joint venture to build
1.3 gigawatts (GW) of offshore wind farms off the German coast

    ** A private equity fund managed by Vinci Partners  VINP.O 
acquired port terminal Porto Pontal from JCR Group for an
undisclosed amount, according to a Valor Economico report, which
added that the company is planning to invest 3 billion reais

invested $200 million for a 25.8% stake in Indian online

    ** The owner of Carige  CRGI.MI  said it could decide on
Monday which bid for the ailing Italian lender to pursue,

director and biggest shareholder Vin Murria which could lead to

    ** Societe Generale's  SOGN.PA  car leasing division ALD
 ALDA.PA  has agreed to buy rival LeasePlan for 4.9 billion
euros ($5.5 billion) to give it more scale as the rental market

    ** Australian digital payments and lending firm Latitude
Group Holdings Ltd  LFS.AX  offered to buy Humm Group Ltd's
 HUM.AX  consumer unit, including its buy now, pay later

said on Wednesday its subsidiary Mackenzie Financial Corp will
