    ** Stock trading at a more than six-month high
    ** DSKE reports Q4 rev of $408.2 mln, up 3.5% YoY and beats
analysts' expectations of $397.1 mln - Refinitiv
    ** Reports Q4 adj EPS of 25 cents, beating Wall Street's
consensus of 6 cents
    ** Q4 free cash flow improves to $34.5 mln vs $20.2 mln a
year earlier   
    ** "With the industry expecting a near-term inflection in
the freight rate environment, we would expect additional upside
to our earnings profile during the expansionary leg of the next
impending cycle" - CEO Jonathan Shepko
    ** Stock up 45.7% so far this year after losing 43.3% of its
value in 2022
