The Company is engaged in servicing industrial end-markets through a fleet of more than 4,700 tractors and 9,600 flatbed and specialized trailers, and has operations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Its segments include Flatbed Solutions and Specialized Solutions. The Flatbed Solutions segment focuses on delivering transportation and logistics solutions that principally require the use of flatbed and retractable-sided transportation equipment. The Specialized Solutions segment focuses on delivering transportation and logistics solutions that require the use of specialized trailering transportation equipment. The freight the Company regularly transports includes aircraft parts, manufacturing equipment, structural steel, pressure vessels, wind turbine blades, heavy machinery, commercial glass, high-security cargo, and others. The Company also provides logistical planning and warehousing services to customers.
