Appointment of Chairman
Further to the Stock Exchange announcement of 16 June 2014, DCC plc, the international sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, announces that Mr. Michael Buckley has retired today as a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company.
Mr. John Moloney, non-executive Director and Chairman Designate, has taken up the role of Chairman.
