DCC completes the acquisition of Butagaz
DCC plc, the international sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, announces thatDCC Energy, its largest division, has completed the acquisition of Butagaz S.A.S. The acquisition became unconditional in all respects on 1 September 2015 following the receipt of competition clearance and has been consolidated in the results of the Group from that date. 
Details of the acquisition were set out in DCC's Stock Exchange Announcements of 19 May 2015 and 2 September 2015.
