DCC completes the acquisition of Hammer
DCC plc, the international sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, announces that following the receipt of competition clearance from the European Commission,DCC Technologyhas completed the acquisition of Hammer Consolidated Holdings Limited.
Details of the acquisition were set out in DCC's Stock Exchange Announcement on 14October 2016.
