DCC completes the disposal of Robert Roberts and Kelkin
DCC plc, the international sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, has completed the disposal of Robert Roberts (including Findlater Wine & Spirits) and Kelkin, following clearance from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. 
Details of the disposal were set out in a DCC Stock Exchange announcement on 30 September 2014. 
DCC has now completed the disposal of substantially all of its food and beverage subsidiaries.
