High Court Approval of Reduction of Capital

DCC plc ("DCC" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that it has today
received the approval of the High Court of Ireland for the reduction of the
Company's share capital by cancelling the entire amount of the Company's share
premium account as at 31 March 2025, as described in the Company's Notice of
Annual General Meeting that was sent to shareholders on 10 June 2025.

The capital reduction will shortly become effective when the High Court order
and minute are registered with the Companies Registration Office.

The reserve resulting from this cancellation of share premium will be treated
as profits available for distribution by the Company.
