Morgan Stanley are currently in the process of transitioning the business currently conducted by Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd ("MSSL") to Morgan Stanley & Co International plc ("MSIP"). This notification is being made on the basis the DCC plc shares previously held by MSSL have now been transitioned to MSIP which has resulted in a change in beneficial ownership.
