In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), DCC plc announces that as of 29 February 2016:
DCC plc's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 88,525,584. The total issued share capital is 92,429,404 ordinary shares of 0.25 each, of which 3,903,820 are held as Treasury shares and therefore do not carry voting rights.
The figure of 88,525,584 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of DCC plc under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Transparency Rules.
