Subscription - Extension of timetable
Further to the announcement on 2 November 2015, Gfinity (AIM: GFIN) announces that the closing date for the offer for subscription (the "Subscription") has been extended and will now close on 16 November 2015. 
There have been a number of interested parties in the Subscription and the extension will enable those parties to complete and return the subscription letters to the Company together with the respective funds. It is expected that the admission of these shares to AIM will become effective and dealings in the new ordinary shares to be issued under the Subscription will commence on 23 November 2015.
A further announcement will be made on 17 November 2015 confirming the result of the Subscription and the number of new ordinary shares to be issued.
