UK’s DCC tops FTSE 100 after $802 million tender offer fully subscribed

** Shares of DCC DCC.L up nearly 3% at 5,055p

** Stock top gainer on FTSE 100 index .FTSE, which is flat

** Co says 600-mln-pound ($802.26 mln) tender offer was fully subscribed, with about 12% of issued share capital to be bought at 51.70 pounds/share

** YTD, stock down about 1.7% vs FTSE's nearly 20% gain

($1 = 0.7479 pounds)
