    ** DCM says Haryana Real Estate Authority (HRERA) has
registered co's real estate project for setting up of affordable
residential plotted colony
    ** Project will be setup on co's land admeasuring 67.275
acres under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, DCM says
    ** Stock trading above 50- and 200-day simple moving
averages
    ** Stock's moving average convergence divergence (MACD) line
above the signal line, indicating a bullish bias
    ** More than 57,000 shares change hands by 2:57 p.m. IST,
1.5x 30-day avg of 38,589 shares
    ** Stock down 12.6% YTD as of last close, extending ~38.7%
fall in 2022
