Japan's DCM to buy Shimachu for as much as $1.7 bln - Nikkei

TOKYO, Oct 2 (Reuters) - Japan's DCM Holdings 3050.T ,
operator of home building supplies centres, plans to buy
Shimachu Co 8184.T for as much as 180 billion yen ($1.7
billion) through a tender offer for all of its shares, the
Nikkei reported on Friday.
